If you could travel anywhere, where would it be and why?

If I could travel anywhere, it would be to Germany, Poland, Austria and other central / eastern European countries.  I think this would be fun to spend about a month or so just riding the trains around the countryside relaxing and learning about these cultures.  I think it would be a great cultural experience to get back to some of these areas I wasn't able to visit before.
